Tuning in to Kids® is an evidence-based parenting program that supports parents and carers in better understanding their child’s emotions while also developing insight into their own.
Rather than focusing only on behaviour, this program teaches emotion coaching, helping parents respond to their child’s feelings with empathy, connection, and confidence.

Tuning in to Kids® was originally developed by Professor Sophie Havighurst and Ann Harley in 1999 and is evidence based. A number of randomised controlled trials and pilot studies have been conducted by our team as well as researchers in different countries around the world. See this research for further information.
