Registration Conditions

Super Kids Behavioural Consulting is very much looking forward to welcoming you to our 2026 Connected Care Conference.

When registering to attend the Professional Development Day(s), you accept the following registration terms:

1. Contract and Price
   1. All prices displayed on the Super Kids Behavioural Consulting website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
   2. Event descriptions, session details, and prices are subject to change or correction at any time without notice. While we aim to ensure all information is accurate and up to date, we make no representation or warranty that all information is complete or error-free. If an error is discovered, we will notify you as soon as possible and, where applicable, offer the opportunity to cancel your registration and receive a refund.
2. Payments
   1. Once registration is received, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued.
   2. Full payment must be received for your registration to be confirmed.
   3. Payment can be made online using a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard). All bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.
   4. Any accounts must be paid in full within 7 days of the invoice date or no later than 10 business days before the Professional Development Day, whichever occurs first.
   5. Super Kids Behavioural Consulting reserves the right to cancel outstanding accounts at any time after 45 days from the date the tax invoice is issued.
   6. If payment has not been received prior to the event, access will only be granted after full payment is made via credit card on-site or online.
3. Refunds and Cancellations

All cancellations, substitutions, or amendments must be made in writing to [email protected].

The following terms apply to cancellations:

• Up to 2 weeks prior to the event: Registration fees will be refunded, minus a $100 administration fee.
• Within 2 weeks of the event: No refunds will be granted. However, substitutions (transferring your ticket to another delegate) are welcome at no additional charge.
• Failure to attend without notice: No refund will be provided.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Registrants are encouraged to arrange appropriate personal, health, and travel insurance (where applicable).

Super Kids Behavioural Consulting accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or additional expenses incurred by participants attending or travelling to and from the event.

5. General Terms

All event details are subject to change without notice.

Super Kids Behavioural Consulting reserves the right to:

• Make changes to the program, speakers, and schedule as required.
• Replace or adjust presenters if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Cancel or modify sessions if necessary in the best interests of the event.

6. Privacy Statement

When you register for the event, Super Kids Behavioural Consulting collects personal information to facilitate your registration, payment, and participation.

During the event, we may collect additional information (e.g., photographs or video recordings) for use in event promotion, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

You may opt out of being photographed or filmed by notifying staff at the registration desk and moving out of camera range.

Your information may be shared with third parties such as event partners, contractors, or professional advisers for operational purposes only.

You may unsubscribe from Super Kids Behavioural Consulting’s mailing list at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails or contacting [email protected].

7. Behavioural Code of Conduct

Super Kids Behavioural Consulting is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all attendees.

We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, behaviour based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, neurotype, physical appearance, race, culture, or religion.

Unacceptable behaviours include:

• Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate physical or verbal contact.
• Offensive comments, social media posts, or imagery.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour toward speakers, organisers, or other delegates.

Attendees who engage in unacceptable behaviour may be removed from the event without refund at the discretion of the organisers.

Alcohol consumption should always be moderate and responsible.

8. Disclaimer

All information in event materials is correct at the time of publication. Super Kids Behavioural Consulting reserves the right to change, update, or withdraw any part of the program, speakers, or activities without notice.

Super Kids Behavioural Consulting and its representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from cancellation, modification, or Force Majeure events beyond our control.

Agreement

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
